When it comes time to sell your investment property for a profit you don’t need to schedule around tenants and hope they can vacate the property on closing, no eviction moratorium to worry about and your property will always be in A+ condition to be shown to potential buyers.
No Costly Turnover
Our goal is to be your last tenant and completely eliminate tenant turnover. If not a multi-year lease, we will renew every year and provide you with 100% occupancy for the remainder of your property ownership.
Multiple Units
We sign multi-year leases for 5-10 units at once which saves you the cost and time of finding a new tenant for each unit and collecting payment from multiple people. If you’re looking to sell and have vacant units give us a call and we will fill them so you can get a higher cap rate on your sale.

Professional Cleaning Staff
Our entire cleaning staff is hired directly, we don’t outsource our cleaning to another company. This enables us to have quality control over our cleaning standards and maintain a professional level of cleanliness after each stay.

Trust & Safety
To ensure safe and habitable property conditions we have employed the use of Blink cameras, Minut noise and smoke detectors, and smart locks.
- Cameras are installed at all entrances and each property is monitored 24/7 to ensure the occupancy limit is honored.
- Noise detector devices are setup to prevent loud noise levels and can even alert local on-site support if noise exceeds a 75 dB level.
- Smart locks are installed on each door and a new code is generated for each guest. Codes are deleted upon checkout.
